We now compensate our contributors, thanks to all our individual supporters on GitHub Sponsors and a Partner Contribution Tier sponsorship from @jeremie.com, founder of @solpbc.org, made possible through @userandagents.org Open Collective. Help keep Tiles Privacy independent: tiles.run/sponsor.

My @re-publica.com talk is available now (it’s in German but you can turn on english subtitles). It’s making a case for running parts of the #ATProto stack as public infrastructure and shows where we can build bridges to the #fediverse - plus I’m showing people the variety of the ecosystem.

Excited to announce that I will be giving the opening keynote for @newpublic.org + @publicspaces.net Open Social Award Show in Amsterdam next month! My keynote will discuss how we do community governance at @blackskyweb.xyz Best of luck to all applicants and hope to see you there!

Team Tiles and @solpbc.org are heading to IndiaFOSS 2026(fossunited.org/indiafoss/2026)! We’ve got tickets, travel grants, and swag to give away. Exclusively for OSDC members (osdc.dev). Try Tiles & Solstone, sign up for private testing, and share your feedback. DM us if you’re interested!

If you're around Berlin after the conference, check out this fun community-organised event: User Agents Berlin - two days of space for hanging and hacking with friends you met at Local-First Conf! Register here: lu.ma/v457jxp2

Some good news: the team at @bsky.app just awarded Gifthood a $2,000 AT Protocol grant. Thank you, sincerely. It means a lot that the people building the open network believe in what we're trying to do to build stronger connections among neighbors.

Help fund our lil indie operation! Larger legacy communities on Discord can now pay $30/month to unlock live bridging at scale for the purpose of either safe-keeping or incrementally transitioning their community to Roomy and the atmosphere. should we add a $5/month good-vibes-only supporter plan?
