to give an update on where that proposal stands: I got as far as publishing demo lexicons and deploying an example that passes through headers aligned with the IETF AIPREF work last summer: demo.user-intents.org

Suppose a Bluesky user does not want any of their public data to be used for generative AI training. They would go in to app settings, find the data reuse preferences section, and configure “Generative AI” 🤖 to “disallow” 🚫. The app would create this public record in their repository:

Proposal: standard.site.declaration
Proposal: standard.site.declaration Draft for Discussion Abstract AT Protocol provides portable identity, portable content, and portable social graphs. What it currently lacks is a standard mechanism for discovering machine-readable declarations associated with digital content. Today, creators and organisations publish declarations about digital assets through websites, registries, the C2PA provenance framework, and other systems. These declarations may describe provenance, copyright ownership...

standard.site is a huge success as an atproto community lexicon, but there's some stuff we can improve, let's talk about it!

Shared lexicon schemas for long-form publishing on AT Protocol. Uses typescript to json via prototypey.
A little step: working on an AppView and small Lexicon to make contribution information modular and transparent - so it is easier to signal if you're looking for support, and how to provide it; will have the repo public soon, and hope to get the alpha public later this week - feedback welcome!
I've been thinking a lot lately about how lexicon authors could help app developers understand intent. #atproto trezy.codes/blog/what-if-lexicons-knew-ho…

has anyone thought about the multi repo feed yet or are we still in the era of "this is a <app.bsky.*> viewer" and "this is a <site.standard.*> viewer"
On March 29th, we held an in-person meeting to check in with the community and discuss potential updates to the standard.site spec. A huge thank you to @cozylittle.house for putting together a detailed summary of everything we discussed. leaflet.pub/p/did:plc:kydzcmnywraao2srchq…

leaflet.pubwe're officially moving to production lexicons `fm.teal.feed.play`, etc. i'm also filing PRs to multiple repos right now to help with the move, so look for those in your inbox (i'll also ping on bsky) the lexicons will be published to the @teal.fm repo here soon
Today we're releasing lexicon management and validation features. Create, update, and delete lexicons and optionally use a subdomain under lexicon.garden to instantly take advantage of lexicon resolution. Validation gives quick turn-around on changes and confidence you're on the right path.
This generated some discussion so I want to expand on it a bit The context is that standard.site doesn't currently have any lexicons for the actual content. The idea is that the document content is covered by leaflet, offprint, pckt, or other lexicons. But...

You shouldn’t use lexicons that don’t actually exist
Today's Heron release expands standard site support significantly. A lot of the ideas in Alex's post below already existed in Heron, and now you can subscribe to standard site publications directly from the timeline! Check out the video to see Heron's integration 😊

we’re rolling out the first phase of the Bluesky + standard.site integration today! now, when you share an article from writing platforms that support standard.site (like @leaflet.pub, @pckt.blog, @offprint.app), you’ll notice the link card has more to it than a typical link card.
