Publishing your blog to standard.site in Elixir | jola.dev
A walkthrough for posting your Elixir/Phoenix blog to Bluesky and the standard.site network, using a small mix task and an atproto client.

This blog is on ATProto
This blog and its posts are now on ATProto, the data backend that powers Bluesky. To what end, I couldn't say just yet. I'm just playing around. This didn't involve any changes whatsoever to the website that you're looking at. It just means that when I publish a new post I also write a new record into my Personal Data Server (PDS) which includes the post's title, publication timestamp, and a URL. This gets slurped off by ATProto relays that subscribe to me and if there's anybody who cares about my posts, they get to find out about it more or less in realtime.
put up a post that includes a bunch of links I keep sending people over and over again also finally made my personal blog a @standard.site publication (thank u @awarm.space and @brookie.blog and @gu5.org for helping debug) :)

fightwithtools.devAfter a long time, there's finally a new blog post. I've been working on in the past few months on a new project called Matadisco! It's about metadata discovery and publishing on #ATProto: vmx.cx/cgi-bin/blog/index.cgi/matadi… #FOSS4G #geo

vmx.cxMy blog is all ATProto-powered -- you can click most records to see where they're hosted on my PDS. My website (cameron.stream) now: - Shows my @leaflet.pub articles - @at.fund endorsements - @margin.at annotations - @semble.so collections fuckin love atproto dude
Since I am trying to come back to the slice of the internet I do enjoy, let's also start posting again to the blog – this time, also including ATProto integration thanks to @standard.site! diego.codes/post/back-to-writing-2026/

diego.codesMy website is now on the Atmosphere! I've been building atproto apps for a while (@skyreader.app, Skyboard, SembleIt). Now my website is one too. Blog posts are @standard.site records on my PDS, rendered by a SvelteKit app. But also... 1/2 disnetdev.com/blog/an-atmospheric-website

www.disnetdev.comatproto'd my website a bit further (beyond the @standard.site integration): 1) added a "Right now" box on the homage that pulls in all kinds of atproto activity like @bsky.app posts, @popfeed.social film ratings, @bookhive.buzz reads, @tangled.org repo's etc.
Delighted to publish another guest post on the blog, this one from @stevedylan.dev about a journey he went on learning to index @standard.site records as efficiently as possible atproto.com/blog/indexing-standard-site

atproto.comI wrote out how I created my Hugo blog to then connect to @standard.site so that I could push my site to places like @standard-reader.app and other services that utilize ATProto. danarel.com/posts/blog-on-standard-site/

danarel.comEver wanted a blog post you wrote straight to your editor? I've got importing @standard.site posts (well, just @leaflet.pub) into Writer. I was too excited to finish blobs before recording this.
