@dholms.at was (maybe) right A blog in which I start off talking about 3 problems in a trenchcoat, and end with proposing a new type of DID chrispardy.leaflet.pub/3mtjcs75b7c2x
@dholms.at was right

I've been giving this some more thought and I think I'm going to publish a follow up piece called @dholms.at was right. I think records moving between spaces with any integrity is effectively impossible. Blobs should keep using content hashes to dedup so a copy operation is free on the PDS

It's a long one 😬 Spent most of my weekend working on the fixes and writing the blog. As well as most of this morning. I'd love to discuss more about this if anyone has questions or I need called out for something👍 I won't say I have figured it all out, just giving my best lol.
@bnewbold.net @graham.systems @tynanpurdy.com ? Can't remember all the humans… blog post I mentioned RE moderation: nichoth.com/projects/dev-diary-bluesky/
At Protocol, Bluesky
nichoth.comNew project! I recently needed feedback on a doc I was writing and didn't have a good place to post it. So I built requested.fyi. Post docs, get comments, all on the Atmosphere. disnetdev.com/blog/rfcs-on-the-atmosphere
RFCs on the Atmosphere
www.disnetdev.comThat worked really well. Atmo UX Round 2 blog post maybe

Wrote about messing around with @atproto.com and working on automatic syncing of content to @standard.site of my blog (and any blog) Bonus: it's open source and written in Elixir. Work in progress! jola.dev/posts/automatically-syncing-y…
Automatically syncing your blog to atproto and standard.site | jola.dev
jola.devDelighted to publish another guest post on the blog, this one from @stevedylan.dev about a journey he went on learning to index @standard.site records as efficiently as possible atproto.com/blog/indexing-standard-site
Indexing Standard Site - AT Protocol
atproto.comput up a post that includes a bunch of links I keep sending people over and over again also finally made my personal blog a @standard.site publication (thank u @awarm.space and @brookie.blog and @gu5.org for helping debug) :)
Essential Resources for Getting Started with AT Protocol
bnb.imFinally had a sec to write about the conversation component we added to the @atproto.com blog.
Bring Atmospheric conversations to any website
am.jimray.netI did in-fact need to write a blog post chrispardy.leaflet.pub/3msv77vpfnc2f
Adversarial Spaces - Pardy Time DevLog
chrispardy.leaflet.pubChris Pardy
I feel like I need to write a blog post gaming this out but adversarial space migration is a different beast than adversarial PDS migration, although it's definitely going to be drama.
@jaredlemler.com is putting together a blog about RSS & AT Protocol. How we are incorporating both to transition the current state of podcast distribution!!
This got out of hand, and shouldve been a blog post. So here it is on @pckt.blog! pckt.blog/b/woodys-rows/open-music-even…
Open Music Event, Native Apps, and the Shape of an ATProto Festival Platform - Woodys Rows
pckt.blogWoody Melling
Gonna start brain dumping more consistently about @openmusicevent.app (OME) to hopefully start garnering some #atprotodev ecosystem interest. Open Music Event is going to be in a public open beta by August 15th. It’s an #atproto app for concerts, music festivals and other similarly shaped events
