My hope is that 'Atmospheric Login' will eventually generalize into what we all think of as a universal 'Web Login'.

we are starting to see the fan out of atmospheric apps and all of them are calling your account a different thing imo the identity of your account - whatever it ends up being called - needs to get settled very soon Internet account, Atmosphere account, whatever… just SOMETHING

why do all the atmosphere apps continually make me log back in like every day? its really annoying. I don't get this in any other ecosystem

I've changed my mind and there probably should be a generic/fallback profile record type for atmosphere accounts. something like gravatar.
