"Every bullet is a record in a repository you own and control." Of course @ngerakines.me would come up with an atproto outlining app that doubles as a compsci 101 lesson in recursion. blog.bulleted.app/a/3msm7lawl4c23-hello-from-buโฆ

Lexicon Embeds Overview
ATProtoโs inside out structure provides an opportunity for open, permissionless building on top of any component in the network, including its extensible data schema definition system, Lexicons. ATProto Apps with their own records as of 2025-11-20 - grouped by some general types - Hilary's Leaflet
This is not a comprehensive list but it is pretty thorough. There are at least 10 more I need to dig into and probably add here later today maybe. This does NOT include PDSs, Appviews, and clients. The goal was for it to be a list of apps that have their own records in the PDS.

My take on the "explaining atproto" discourse is that all the UX/filesystem/etc metaphors are still very verbose and that you can explain the same idea in a lot less words: It separates data from apps, so any app can use data from any other app. That fits in a tweet, with other sentences around it.
Bulleted is officially live: bulleted.app At the surface, it's pretty simple: It's an outliner. Every bullet is a record in a repository you own. The launch post covers what it does, so this thread is the part I left out: why I built it and what's underneath.
