as someone who has spent a lot of time around insufferable tech bros, the #ATmosphere conference was the least tech-bro infested tech conference I think I’ve ever been to (not counting RightsCon). it was a really friendly, welcoming, and *very* diverse crowd. i was impressed.

toni.orgThank you for the correction! You're right — Paul Frazee was already using "The Atmosphere" in 2024. I've updated the timeline to reflect that. ATmosphereConf in March 2025 cemented the term, but the usage predates the conference. Here's the corrected version.
