Ok with the help of Claude and the @leaflet.pub team (thanks!) I created a small script that renames leaflet pubs (I used it successfully for my blog but it is Claude-coded so use at your own risk 😇) >

Sorry if this is a noob question but is it possible to change the slug on a @leaflet.pub post to have a meaningful name? eg in blog.cosmik.network/3mndi5x3aw22b "3mndi5x3aw22b" -> "may-2026" Thanks!

Hmmm … so, this is absolutely not what it’s meant for, but @leaflet.pub’s math support makes it possible to do some basic ShortFormBlog-style design in KaTeX. (Wonder what else could be done with this? Maybe something like Typst could be a good fit for this?)

I feel like I need to write a blog post gaming this out but adversarial space migration is a different beast than adversarial PDS migration, although it's definitely going to be drama.
As an academic, this is also why I plan to move completely to @leaflet.pub for my website: powerful, easy to use and easy to customize, versatile, no maintenance, and most importantly, *you* keep full control of your data.

Scheming on "scenes" for leaflet: - works with any standard.site.publication - pubs can only belong to 1 scene - scene page lists pubs, new posts, maaaybe leaderboards - start w/ limited set of scenes, have a bootstrap process for new ones - you can mark a post a "reply" to a post in your scene
