After playing with Attie for a bit, I think I get what they were going for. It is a tool to help people understand feeds and easily generate them tailored to their own particular interests. What it won’t do is replace bespoke feeds. I’ll share a few thoughts: 🧵1/11

Announcing co/core: a social computing experiment from the Graze team

Mostly withholding judgement on @attie.ai but an important question for me that I haven’t seen asked: Are the primitives atproto records? Will the non-public parts be stored in permissioned repos? Can I ship an Attie competitor that uses all of the users’ same data without touching Attie itself?

We hear the concerns about AI. Our goal is to use this technology to give people greater control, not to generate content. Attie uses AI to help you create custom feeds without having to know how to code.
