Apparently, “free speech absolutism” now comes with a daily usage cap. Speech on X is now even less free. Free X accounts are limited to 50 posts and 200 replies a day unless they pay for a blue checkmark. Thankfully I subscribe to @blackskyweb.xyz moderation and I want to thank @jdot.blacksky.team and his team for labeling one of the worst W accounts. #WSocialPics
So this is my little very much subjective rant about #wsocial and the stupid shenanigans they've pulled that have ticked me off.

Social media discourse is driven by false #polarization We find that: 1) ideologues post opinions more than moderates 2) extreme attitudes are posted more than moderate one 3) This replicates in 40 countries 4) Opinions that users post are more hostile than the beliefs they keep to themselves

The thought occurred to me (belatedly) that maybe there are other accounts on the promotional website that aren’t actually on W Social yet. Right now, wsocial.news shows me 4 users who are indeed on W Social and 3 who aren’t: @london.gov.uk, @beate.neos.eu, and @teresaribera.ec.europa.eu.
