Bluesky picking up bots and spam accounts before I can even get into the app to check the notification, while probably over half our followers on X are fake, still. I just wish this app had the equivalent of Spaces cos I'd definitely move.

I think notifications in general are an underappreciated element of social media design. Would love to see the atmosphere create new things here!

I wonder if there could be a way to subscribe to notifications on someone else's post. Like, if someone asks a great question and you wanna read the answers, but no one has replied yet, you could say "Get reply notifications" (Slack has that option).

@zeens.app feed is looking particularly beautiful today 😍 The IOS app is still work-in-progress. working out some issues on my developer account with Apple's support. But honestly, at this point it feels like Apple support doesn't really help. They just copy-paste the same email again and again :(

For our first launch of the year, we're kicking off with more blocking features! Rolling out today: ATProto across Bluesky, Blacksky, and any other PDS can apply domain blocklists to Bridgy Fed. Blocks come with if you Bounce, and we even added a handy list of reputable blocklists to choose from.
