Blacksky is built on the same open social network as Bluesky and many other social apps. However, we're building ours with a different purpose, different priorities, and a different vision for online communities. Here's what sets us apart.

Blacksky is a social network. It is developed and maintained by Blacksky Algorithms. The project provides curated feeds and moderation tools to support Black social media users, many of whom previously used Black Twitter.
For Bluesky to thrive, it needs sex workers and Black Twitter | TechCrunch

Bluesky is not a social network or a product or a service, it is fundamentally a promise - a promise that you can decide — with others in your social geography — where you want to be in the digital world, and you don’t have to lose all of the bits that represent you in the process.
