@bnewbold.net contributed design feedback on the file sharing lexicon — referencing git-annex special remotes and WebTorrent as prior art, and suggesting thumbnail blobs, additional hash types for cross-database compatibility, and appview-side proxying for bandwidth distribution.

Embracing ATProto, part 2: Tangled Knots and social coding
You thought Github was a social coding platform? Think again, and get ready to tangle! Built on atproto, tangled allows you to use your Bluesky/atproto identity on a (not quite yet) fully feldged git platform!

Saw this and immediately built it. How we built Git storage for millions of Netlify projects
A technical look at how Netlify built Netlify Source: durable Git storage on S3, scalable caching, push consistency, and support for millions of projects.

We wrote a @standard.site explainer — what it is & why it's useful 📝✨ ~shared standards for longform publishing? ~a way to see what friends read & write? ~the atmosphere's hottest collab? yes yes & yes! Seeing lots of q's after Bluesky's new standard.site link card integration. Here's a TL;DR!
What is Standard Site, and why is it useful?
lab.leaflet.pubatproto'd my website a bit further (beyond the @standard.site integration): 1) added a "Right now" box on the homage that pulls in all kinds of atproto activity like @bsky.app posts, @popfeed.social film ratings, @bookhive.buzz reads, @tangled.org repo's etc.
Had fun adding support for @standard.site to my blog. The richer preview card on #bsky looks neat. Another benefit is, since all the entries now live in the #ATmosphere, all kinds of #ATProto apps can index and display them.
