Unique Mu.social features
Well, a few weeks ago I suggested @eurosky.social @mu.social to create a list of MU’s special features— compared to Bsky app’s (link): @renderg.host any update pls? 🙂

We are thrilled to be (finally) launching fxbsky.app! Just add `fx` to your bsky.app link and you can embed videos, quote posts, multiple images, and more on Telegram and Discord. It can even unroll threads automatically in Telegram Instant View 👀
@me.webbeef.org can Beaver-browser be the app that bundles this together? tangled.org/me.webbeef.org/beaver We’ve now also got @blackskyweb.xyz and @mu.social as actively maintained alt-clients with explicit remits of network resilience.

Ok, a rundown of how we get p2p ATProtocol going: 1. Run *standard* ATProto services, locally 2. Use p2p to holepunch TCP connections 3. Add a thin layer for peering management Bundle all that up in an app, and we have a recipe for adding resilience & scaling to Bluesky. 🧵 teim:
Really cool to see @tangled.org natively embedded in @leaflet.pub. Excited to see more experimentation here. willdot.leaflet.pub/3miiirzf7jc2j

willdot.leaflet.pubThat’s not what this is. You can sign up for tangled completely independently of Bluesky. And once you’ve done that, you can use that same account to login to any other app in the Atmosphere, still without ever touching Bluesky.

Tangled, Roomy, Leaflet and dozens other platforms will be bringing in the next 100M users onto the AT protocol. That is a Very Good Thing for Bluesky as well; every new member of AT-net is essentially a member of the expanded Bluesky-net. We should all want ’that sequence’ to be super common.
new from me: an API to return bluesky data as markdown! bsky-md.vercel.app open source on Tangled too! tangled.org/j4ck.xyz/bsky-md
bsky.md — Bluesky as Markdown
bsky-md.vercel.appok this gets me thinking, one could disguise features as other features. Like a 'feedback' form in an app could actually just write an issue on the tangled repo for an oss app
dame
i wanna be able to add an issue to a repo on @tangled.org without ever leaving the bluesky client maybe i should add this to @anisota.net eventually, some other clients could as well
🙋🙋🙋 @hankgreen.bsky.social At @curvenote.com we are thinking AND doing something about this - see more here curvenote.com
