Ok, a rundown of how we get p2p ATProtocol going: 1. Run *standard* ATProto services, locally 2. Use p2p to holepunch TCP connections 3. Add a thin layer for peering management Bundle all that up in an app, and we have a recipe for adding resilience & scaling to Bluesky. 🧵 teim:

Tangled, Roomy, Leaflet and dozens other platforms will be bringing in the next 100M users onto the AT protocol. That is a Very Good Thing for Bluesky as well; every new member of AT-net is essentially a member of the expanded Bluesky-net. We should all want ’that sequence’ to be super common.

ok this gets me thinking, one could disguise features as other features. Like a 'feedback' form in an app could actually just write an issue on the tangled repo for an oss app
