There’s some conversation in the Atmosphere right now about how we turn @atproto.com projects into sustainable businesses. One of the biggest opportunities is sitting right in front of us: give publishers back the audience development business they spent the last 20 years outsourcing to platforms.

My @re-publica.com talk is available now (it’s in German but you can turn on english subtitles). It’s making a case for running parts of the #ATProto stack as public infrastructure and shows where we can build bridges to the #fediverse - plus I’m showing people the variety of the ecosystem.
