Canyon Coffee is a Los Angeles-based specialty coffee roaster specializing in organic and Regenerative Organic Certified coffees. Founded in 2016 by couple Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, they are a wholesale coffee provider, D2C brand and opened their first coffee shop in the Echo Park neighborhood of LA in 2022.

Props to consumer reports for their journalism here. Since Taylor foods and the FDA are not disclosing where all the lettuce went they’re doing a great job trying to figure out the details. For now they’re recommending everyone trash all their iceberg. consumerreports.org/health/food-recalls/taylor-fa…
