Porxie - a correct, fast ATProto blob proxy - Blooym
Building a self-hostable ATProto blob proxy for apps and communities, furthering the decentralised web.

co-infra/co-infra-img
Public image CDN for co/infra: free, at-scale AT Protocol image infrastructure, served from a Cloudflare Worker + R2.
Scratching my own itch, I’ve built atfs.dev — an atproto native (self-hosted, for now) IPFS server! xRPC admin & upload, an HTTP gateway (for stored files only) and the ability to follow/mirror another instance. It even has RasPi-ready .img files! atfs.dev/manage/storage.atfs.dev
atfs
atfs.dev@infra.coop (alpha) img cdn, optimization, transformations, edge caching for 30 days, 15 day revalidation, atproto-native, subscribes to firehose for account deletion to purge user blobs 192 imgs loaded, 156mb vs 19mb, 88% less data, 1.7x speed up (in this test) github.com/co-infra/co-infra-img
An ATProto-aware blob proxy! What a sensational idea. github.com/Blooym/porxie

I'm now running a public instance of Porxie for anyone to use for within their application for evaluation purposes or as a replacement for Bluesky's CDN in the event of downtime or otherwise. 🦋 Bluesky CDN Compatible: porxie-bsky.dollware.net 🔗 General Purpose: porxie.dollware.net
@tynanpurdy.com told me that "imgur on ATProto" would be really simple to build. So, here's my "hello world" of ATProto projects: a free image upload service called @pixl.pics. Try it out at pixl.pics. It's simple: view all of your images, and upload more.

pixl.picsAnyone else building on atproto hit the 1000-blobs/day-per-IP limit on uploadBlob? It's shared across all your users if your backend proxies uploads, so a few bulk imports on @currents.is ate up the whole quota and blocked unrelated users from saving images
