Triton: A dynamic binary analysis library
angr — the binary analysis platform
The powerful, user-friendly Python platform for analyzing binaries. Decompilation, symbolic execution, and more in one scriptable toolkit.

Concise Binary Object Representation (CBOR)
The Concise Binary Object Representation (CBOR) is a data format whose design goals include the possibility of extremely small code size, fairly small message size, and extensibility without the need for version negotiation. These design goals make it different from earlier binary serializations such as ASN.1 and MessagePack. This document obsoletes RFC 7049, providing editorial improvements, new details, and errata fixes while keeping full compatibility with the interchange format of RFC 7049. It does not create a new version of the format.
Kaitai Struct: declarative binary format parsing language
Kaitai Struct is a formal language for binary format specification that can be compiled into parser code
CBOR — Concise Binary Object Representation | Specification
CBOR is specified in an Internet Standard RFC. RFCs that serve as Internet Standards are generated by the IETF based on an extensive technical review and quality control process. These are meant to last.

joxeankoret/diaphora
Diaphora, the most advanced Free and Open Source program diffing tool.
Relyze - Interactive x86, x64, ARM32 and ARM64 software reverse engineering
Relyze lets you disassemble, decompile and binary diff native code software.
YARA - The pattern matching swiss knife for malware researchers
YARA is a tool aimed at (but not limited to) helping malware researchers to identify and classify malware samples. With YARA you can create descriptions of malware families (or whatever you want to describe) based on textual or binary patterns. Each description, a.k.a rule, consists of a set of strings and a boolean expression which determine its logic. Let's see an example:
Bitwuzla
An SMT solver for bit-vectors, floating-points, arrays and uninterpreted functions.
bytecodealliance/wasmtime
A lightweight WebAssembly runtime that is fast, secure, and standards-compliant
LIEF - Library to Instrument Executable Formats
LIEF is a cross-platform C++, Python, and Rust library to parse, analyze, modify, assemble, disassemble, and rewrite ELF, PE, Mach-O, and other executable formats.
