I have recently detected minor mistakes in the codes of a paper published in a high-quality journal and contacted the lead author first!, who acknowledged the mistake and contacted the journal. I thanked the author for doing open science and now we are collaborating on a paper💪— Ferhat Tura (@FerhatTura19) May 15, 2024

Wrote about messing around with @atproto.com and working on automatic syncing of content to @standard.site of my blog (and any blog) Bonus: it's open source and written in Elixir. Work in progress! jola.dev/posts/automatically-syncing-y…

It's a long one 😬 Spent most of my weekend working on the fixes and writing the blog. As well as most of this morning. I'd love to discuss more about this if anyone has questions or I need called out for something👍 I won't say I have figured it all out, just giving my best lol.

github.comGot a lot of great feedback and positive reactions to my new site, so I updated my "Use your #ATmosphere 🌀 data in your personal web sites" guide (inc. a repo link) so that others can try this too. wecanjustdothings.leaflet.pub/3m56tzfj5pc2a #WeCanJustDoThings with #ATproto 🪿

Could not be happier with how my new personal site has turned out. A nod to Bauhaus, build with web-safe colours and clean type. I'll spend next week tweaking content and layout, updating thumbnails, hunting for bugs, etc but in the meantime renderg.host v1 (boosted by #ATproto) is alive!!!
👀 @techdirt.com is now posting @standard.site compliant articles... Next up... backfilling our 80k+ article archives. But, for now, every new post should be using the @standard.site lexicon...
