Edit: this is not a Gitlab specific issue. I’ve seen it before and I’m seeing it again at the Gitlab project. The past few months I’ve been contributing to the Gitlab project. This has been a great experience, mostly because Gitlab has become a very popular project with over 2.3k watchers right now.

ActivityPub
ActivityPub is a protocol and open standard for decentralized social networking. It provides a client-to-server (C2S) API for creating and modifying content, as well as a federated server-to-server (S2S) protocol for delivering notifications and content to other servers. ActivityPub is the defining standard of the Fediverse, a decentralised social network of various social interaction models, and content types, which consists of independently managed instances of software such as Mastodon, Pixelfed and PeerTube, among others.

@vicwalker @sirius Tem algumas frentes de trabalho interessantes, como criar objetos portáteis nativos dentro do #ActivityPub (https://github.com/reiver/vibefed/blob/master/skills/kb-fediverse-portable-objects/SKILL.md) e a possibilidade AP + #Solid (https://activitypods.org / https://) e até com AT (https://forum.solidproject.org/t/integrating-activitypub-within-solid-specs/8355/26). Acredito que seja uma questão de tempo pra esse salto quântico na Web Social Aberta. O que acha @navigator?
