Seit 1990 ist Berlin offiziell wieder Bundeshauptstadt; zur Jahrtausendwende wurde auch der Regierungssitz hierher verlegt. Seither etablierte sich Berlin-Mitte abermals als zentraler Schauplatz imperialistischer Machtpolitik in Deutschland und Europa. Diesem Machtzentrum widmet sich die vorliegende Recherche.
