we'd love to make this happen! happy to discuss and brainstorm any time :) we even wrote a little bit about it in the past, check out this old post:https://t.co/krgMioxZtb— SLIME MOLD TIME MOLD (@mold_time) September 15, 2025
DASL: Web Tiles
Tiles are composable web docs and apps that can safely be used in arbitrary contexts and assembled from multiple sources to carry out complex user interface tasks. Their composability, security, and privacy properties make them ideal for use in social media, chat, agents, and malleable software.

interception
This is a very quick post. I had an idea as I was walking the dog this evening, and I wanted to build a functioning demo and write about it within a couple of hours. While the post and idea started this evening, the genesis of the idea has been brewing for a while and goes back over a year to August 2024, when I wrote about being sucked into a virtual internet. WebSim has been on my mind for a while, because I loved the idea of being able to simulate my own version of the web using the browser directly and not via another web page. And a couple of weeks ago, I managed to work out how to get Puppeteer to intercept requests and respond with content generated via an LLM.

Making Space for a Handmade Web | Figma Blog
There’s a resurgence of small, handcrafted sites challenging the current trajectory of the internet. Joining the movement is as simple as making your own.

I love the building on this idea here, it’s like using LLMs for code flippantly is this generation’s version of single-use plastics. Convenient, cheap for now, but with many negative externalities

Having fun reading and writing today. LLMs are not just machines. They are machine-building machines! This comes with way more responsibility. And understanding it may change how you use them.
the hermetic, self-hosted, self-sustainable, recursively exportable, offline-first, file-first, web-based reactive open-source programming substrate built on observable runtime is online finally! tomlarkworthy.github.io/lopecode/webpage.html I am hoping I can explain parts at @hytradboi.bsky.social 🤞
