Named-Entity Recognition on web pages
In a project, I had the goal of detecting named entities on the web page I am looking at without calling an external service, using NER. Named-Entity Recognition (NER) is a task that aims to extract entities from a text, like locations, persons, organizations, etc.
I built a directory explorer for @standard.site publications and documents. You can search for your favourite publications, view statistics about publications and documents, filter by tags, and has a graph view showing subscriptions and recommendations! It's been a lot of fun building, check it out:
