AT Proto is imo the best fit right now for collective information systems. on @semble.so you can search through people's collections and notes and discover the curators behind the links. discovery is really neat.

We are mapping all the social platforms in Europe. This directory is growing every day based on input from people all around Europe. It is a collective piece of work. The platforms mapped are here because someone told us about their existence or directed us to a list, where they were mentioned. Starting to get conspiratorial about how hard it is to Google atproto stuff. Why does "list of public atproto relays" not take me directly to pulsar.feeds.blue? For that matter, why does "pulsar.feeds.blue" not show up on Google whatsoever? There's no robots.txt, it's not that
this is what I am *TALKING* about. I'm sure I'm late but this is such a cool idea from @semble.so. Collections are not new but mapping the specific kind of relationship between two things?? And this is publicly usable shared knowledge? Social knowledge as a service, beautiful.

to be fair we are also getting that from projects, I am just greedy and want to see even more. For example with @germnetwork.com, E2EE messaging is not new but multiple sub-identities in one inbox is. Show us something weird and new if/when you adopt an existing experience but for atproto.
