Ok, when I did my weak signal analysis back in 2014 to identify points of industrialisation (points of war in the peace, war and wonder cycle), I had intelligent agents really kicking off (i.e. industrialising) circa 2030 to 2035 (we're close but not there yet) and the biological manufacturing elements along with the start of SpimeScript (the really big change that's going to make AI look like chicken feed) circa 2035.
